Attorney JULIEN
A. GRAYSTONE, of counsel to the firm,
earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Carnegie Mellon University
during which time he also attended the University of Barcelona.
Mr.Graystone earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Ohio Northern
University during which time he attended the Universities of Madrid
and Exeter while attending International Law courses through William
and Mary's Wythe School of Law's summer program. |

| Mr. Graystone is fluent
in Spanish and is conversationally proficient in French. His
practice areas include Immigration Law, Bankruptcy Law, Civil Litigation,
and Domestic Relations. Mr. Graystone has resided in Puerto Rico,
Spain and the Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
In 1999, Mr. Graystone received the prestigious MAPAVI Human Rights
Award for his efforts in persuading the INS to change its mandatory
detention policy (see Habeas Corpus page).
